Would you follow us on this journey of bringing hope to the youth in Honduras? We'd love to have you come along, through our blogging, to see just how our Great and Mighty God plans to get us there. Together, we can be a part of the change we want to see in this world. If we only do what we think we can do then we'll never do very much. Yet even in our weakness our Father will use us to be a part of that change. We're glad to have you come along!

Where are we now?
So now that we've told you that we know the Lord has plans for us to serve at the Manuelito project you may be wondering now what? In February we are going to have a meeting with the field directors about some of the specifics and together we'll work on a plan. There is such peace in knowing that we are part of a team and that the Lord has placed specific people in our path to help us along the way. Not only are we a part of the team with the other missionaries and staff at the World Gospel Headquarters, the Lord has also given us a great team of friends and family who are equally important pieces to this puzzle. We have said all along that this is not something we could ever do on our own and the Lord has faithfully been providing the support we need in order to keep pressing on. The words of encouragement, financial support and the times you have brought our family before the Lord are greatly appreciated. I know I have said this before, but I feel so strongly about this that I'll say it again, and again, Together, the Lord will use us all to be His hands and His feet, bringing hope to those that have none, hope to the least of these in Honduras. The Hand will not go where the arm has not taken it and the arm will not go where the feet have not walked! So we say thank you for the part you have in this mission! We received an email on Monday with our ministry account information and the Lord has provided approximately $17,500 so far for our one time cash amount needed and our monthly commitments are coming along too. At this moment we're not sure exactly where we are on the montly commitments that are needed but we know that the Lord has been providing that need as well! So we can thank the Lord for His confirmation and His provision and trust that He will continue to provide the rest of these needs in His perfect timing!

Thank you for sharing your words of encouragement and HOPE! How do you measure the impact that God has had on others THROUGH YOU and your journey of faith? Like I have said before...by you stepping out in faith and following the plan God has for you and your family has a bigger impact than you could ever imagine! God will work on the hearts of others!
